Maintenance inspection
Before using the monitor, the following inspections should be performed:
1. Check for any mechanical damage;
2. Check all exposed wires, inserts and accessories;
3. Check the function of all equipment that may be used to monitor the patient, and ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
Every 6-12 months or after each maintenance, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including functional safety, must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Clean
General cleaning:
The monitor should be kept free of dust.
It is recommended to clean the outside of the case and the monitor screen. Use non-aggressive cleaners such as soap and water to clean the case.
Detergent:
With the exception of those listed in the "Caution" section, any solution that can be classified as one of the following products can be used as a cleaning agent:
1 Diluted ammonia water; 2 Diluted sodium hypochlorite (bleaching powder for washing); 3 Diluted formaldehyde 35~37%; 4 Diluted hydrogen peroxide 3%; 5 Ethanol; 6 Isopropanol.
Sterilize
To avoid long-term damage to equipment, we recommend sterilizing products only when deemed necessary in your hospital repair program. We also recommend that sterilized products be cleaned first.
Recommended germicidal materials for monitors: ethanol-based, acetaldehyde-based.
