1.Turn on the power and control the temperature on the right side of the host at the proper temperature . The heating indicator light is on, the machine starts to preheat, and the heating can be finished after the heating indicator goes out.
2.This machine is a continuous packaging process, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating indicator light will light up again, the operator should suspend the work package, until the indicator lights before it can continue the work package, the machine is equipped with temperature control device, when the heating temperature is higher than 250 DEG C when the sealing machine will automatically stop heating, at this time the operator should stop the work package 4-5 minutes, and the lower the temperature controller temperature after cooling, until the machine can be re started the work package.
